SMPTE Digital Library now available on IEEE Xplore platform!

With the latest release of IEEE Xplore, content from the SMPTE Digital Library has been added to the platform.

IEEE recently announced a new partnership with the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers® (SMPTE®). As a result of this exciting partnership, the SMPTE Digital Library will be exclusively hosted in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Focusing on innovative content for technologies within the communications, media, and entertainment industries, the SMPTE Digital Library includes:

• Unlimited full-text access to all SMPTE standards, journal articles, and conference papers
• More than 800 standards, including SMPTE Color Bars Television Test Patterns© and SMPTE Time Code©
• The peer-reviewed SMPTE Motion Imaging Journal—more than 20,000 articles with a backfile to 1916
• SMPTE conference proceedings, including the Annual SMPTE Technical Conference and Exhibition—more than 2,000 papers with a backfile to 1969
