This notice explains how Deanet srl processes the personal data of website visitors and of people who write to us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we process
- Data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.
- Technical browsing data recorded by the server hosting the website, such as IP address and pages requested, used only for security and proper operation.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to answer your requests and for any pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than the law allows.
Recipients
Data is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed by technical providers, such as hosting and email, acting as data processors.
Cookies
The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Videos
Publisher introduction videos are hosted on YouTube. The player is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play; from then on Google's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to deanet@deanet.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
